Nov-Dec
2006

It's been a while since we've gotten off our duffs to post so much new material.

The final installment of the rebuilding of Clutch Cable Lee's Springer into a show-winning ride can be found on Cycle Creations pages.  Damn nice result, I'm sure you'll agree.  If you haven't done so, make sure you spend some time looking at the bike's fantasy graphic treatment, too.

And MetalMan finally got around to posting the last installment on the 1972 H-D Sprint SS350 project! We're as serious as a heart attack!

We also have a new poet gracing the Biker Writings section.  His name is Biker Jer, and he has penned some fine rhymes. Take a few minutes to read 'em and get some culture!

Here's the latest installment of the saga of Clutch Cable Lee's Springer being built by our friends at Cycle Creations. The installments have not been coming as often as we promised... mostly because MetalMan's being a slacker. :-) Click here to start at page 1.

Cycle Creations has been working on updating Clutch Cable Lee's Springer.  It's been a project and a half, but the end result is an eye-catching ride for Lee. Click here to follow along.

Musician Billy Joel stopped into the Cycle Creations shop in September just to say "hi" and to see what the guys had in the works. Click here to see the pics.

Also in the works is a new feature bike the shop's building for the infamous "Clutch Cable" Lee. You'll see more about this bike build in the next week.

If you haven't seen the page or the event pics, you can visit our Indian Larry memorial page.

MetalMan's got something different for you this month. Take a look at his Real World Bike Test: 2004 Harley-Davidson V-Rod! You've read the magazine hype, now read MetalMan's review. He rode this thing and has some honest feedback you can take to the bank.

This month we have some new stuff we're sure you'll enjoy.

First up is our annual USMC birthday and Veterans Day page. This year the Corps celebrates its 229th year as a force to be reckoned with. HOO-RAH!

Next, we feature MetalMan's open letter about the prolific misuse of the US flag flown at half-staff. READ AND LEARN, PEOPLE! Pass this on to the ignoramuses among us. We want them to understand that our flag is not a tool to make everybody feel warm and fuzzy. You don't fly the US flag at half-staff when Johnny skips school and gets into a car crash, or when Janey chokes on a chicken bone at the family reunion. (Sorry, but this crap REALLY pisses me off, especially when we have men and women DYING for this country and for our friends and allies overseas. -MetalMan).

We've also added new material to our Humor page!

MetalMan finally got off his ass to post some new "Friendlies" pics, and guess what? They're two fine lookin' panheads! While you're at it, you can take a look at any prior "Brothers, Sisters, and Other Friendlies" pages you may have missed. Just click on the links provided.

...And this is BIG news. MetalMan's has completed his '72 Sprint and new pics WILL be posted during the next few weeks. Bike turned out a whole lot nicer than expected.

July

This month, we present Part 2 of 3 installments in the buildup of John F's 1968 FL project. This installment picks up where the photos at the end of Part 1 left off. The end result of this project is one awesome-looking resto-custom dresser.

New York Islander's right wing Mike Webb recently droppped by Cycle Creations to see about what could be done to update his Harley Deuce. Read all about it here.

We also hear that American Iron Magazine will be feature the Splatterhouse Graphics bike, The Necromorphic, in an upcoming issue. We'll provide further details as they become available.

This month, we're feature a new "In the Shop" project from Cycle Creations. This time, it's a 1968 Harley FL. The objective? Turn a box full of parts that was once an old chopper into a "restified" and customized "full dresser," as they used to call 'em back in the day. Take a look at Part 1 of 3 installments as we take you through the buildup of John F's 1968 FL project.

Also this month, the MetalMan has a special feature for ya. While it's not a bike, it's old school and it's cool. What is it? It's his 1968 Ford Bronco project, "10+ Years After". Something different, but we think you'll appreciate this 4-page feature.

Happy New Year to all!

We've given the Crazy Horse Speed Shop pages a bit of an update, including some new information about what's been going on. For any of you who saw The Discovery Channel's Great Biker Build-Off, Crazy Horse built the heads for Indian Larry's "Rat Fink" tribute bike featured in Episode 3!

A NOTE TO ALL OUR FRIENDS, BROTHERS, AND SISTERS:

Beginning today, all of the e-mail addresses at LoudPipes.Com have changed!!!

Why? We're as fed up with spam as you are, and more upset still that these jerks use their "spam bots" to scan our pages looking for e-mail addresses to sent their spew to.

We finally got off our duffs and took action. All it took was a little bit of JavaScript and some new e-mail addresses.

If you have a problem using a former e-mail address from anywhere on LoudPipes.Com, please visit the appropriate pages and find the new one.

Thank you for your understanding.

Also this month, we have a new "tin" page from Splatterhouse Graphics along with a new "Cars" page.

The guys over at Cycle Creations are finishing the summer with two hot features. The first is the completion of the buildup of Tommy D's PHAT Bike, while the other is a regular feature that's in the mill for Septembe... SO DON'T GO FAR 'cause we're getting it ready for ya!

July
2003
Starting off the month of July you can view our annual Independence Day page. Notice to all: freedom is NOT free. The quote by Charles Province on our main page drives that point home.

The latest Cycle Creations project is Tommy D's PHAT Bike, and we've posted a few new pages for you to peruse. The project has changed slightly since the above page was posted, and just wait until you see the color by Vinny Biscardi and the "Splatterhouse" graphics!

Splatterhouse Graphics also has a second "tin only" page for your viewing pleasure. Just Tin page 2 starts by featuring the sheetmetal from a bike built by East Side Custom Choppers, along with some pics from Laconia 2003 where the completed scoot made its debut. (Recognize anyone?) Next up is the tin for Cycle Creations' "Tommy D's PHAT Bike" project (above)

...so forgive us for being slow. Remember it's quality, not necessarily quantity. Your patience will pay off!

May
2003
This has been a very busy month!

There's a new project going on over at Cycle Creations and it's called Tom's PHAT Bike.

Up the road a piece, the crew at Splatterhouse Graphics' are busier than one-armed paperhangers. Take a look at one of their latest projects, a customized Chevrolet Astro van commissioned by the Jiffy Lube Corporation. The van's slated to be used in promoting their services at various events on the East Coast.

...and finally, the MetalMan has a feature on that African panhead we've baited you about for months. Take a look at Armand's Namibian Pan and see if you like as well as we do.

Finally, we wanna remind everyone that Memorial Day and Flag Day are coming up in the next 30 days. We'll post our annual page in the next week or two. Let us never forget those who have fought for us, and especially those who have given their lives, so that we may live in freedom.

March
2003
New pics of Splatterhouse Graphics' big bike, "The Necromorphic". MetalMan took these photos in February. Send us an e-mail and let us know what you think.

MetalMan ain't "the MetalMan" for nothing. If it's got wheels and a motor, it's fair game. (Hell, if it's any kind of "heavy metal" it's safe to say he's interested! YOU figure out what that means!) Take a look at a few pages of his recently-completed 1968 Ford Bronco.

New content finally appears for MetalMan's 1972 H-D Sprint SS350. As a teaser, you can see new pics of the tank from the '72 Sprint. He's also posted some items from the original owner's manual: a clear wiring diagram with bulb chart as well as left and right views with component callouts. Lots of paint progress pics to post... too much content, too little time!

January

This month, Cycle Creations is happy to announce that IronWorks magazine will feature Tommy's "Long Shot" Chopper in its April 2003 issue!

The talented guys from Splatterhouse Graphics have some new sheetmetal to show you in the "Just Tin" section.

COMING EARLY IN 2003! MetalMan has a new feature bike all the way from Namibia in West Africa. We think you'll be impressed by our bro' Armand's 1961 Harley panhead.
