Resurrecting a Set of Original H-D Panheads

These are heads we rebuilt for Dan. They are from his original 1961 FL panhead motor.

Machine work:

• Cleaned and bead blasted.
• All threads cleaned, chased and chamfered.
• Exhaust ports at the pipe clamping area were replaced.
• Guide holes repaired.
• Repaired valve cover bolt holes, as needed.
• Replaced guides and honed to fit valve stems.
• Three-angle valve job for oversized valves.
• Machined spring pads and set spring height.
• ... and more.

New parts:

• Rowe cast iron valve guides.
• Rowe stainless black intake and exhaust valves.
• Valve stem seals.
• Modified top collars.
• Manley springs with installed height set for lift of cam being used.
• Manley chrome moly collar locks.
• ...and more.
