Our Famous CHSS 883-to-1200 Conversion

As you know, we love Sportsters, and have created this superb conversion for those of you who have an 883, but would like to increase your engine size to 1200cc, and significantly boost your performance. This setup is a "Modified Production" setup, what most would consider a "Stage 2" upgrade.

When used with Andrews V4/N4 cams (1986 and up), you can expect an approximately 35% increase in power!

Here's what goes into creating a set of Horse Heads for your 883-to-1200 conversion:

A WORD TO THOSE CONSIDERING THIS UPGRADE

The modified cylinder heads in this conversion are designed to use the Andrews V4/N4 cams (1986 and up). Should you purchase the heads alone, you MUST obtain the parts that we include in our complete kit, or their exact equivalents, and the aforementioned cams, in order to expect the performance we've seen from this conversion.  Any deviation from this combination of components, or their specifications, and (as they say) your "mileage" may vary.

NOTE:  All prices herein assume the exchange of  your good, reworkable cylinder heads (and cylinders when ordering a complete conversion kit).

Core charge for unusable cylinders: $75 EACH.  All sales are subject to inspection and acceptance of your cores.

• Heads only:  $750

• Complete conversion:  $1300 (includes reworked heads & cylinders, Wiseco 9.5:1 pistons & moly rings, open cylinder bores from 3.000-inches to 3.498-inches & custom fit included pistons & moly rings, and a set of Harley-Davidson™ Screamin' Eagle cylinder studs.)
